If you’re striving to live the longest, healthiest life you can, you should probably add buckets of wine to the list of things in your diet.




A woman from Bangor, Maine, Florence Bearse, recently celebrated her 100th birthday and told WLBZ the key to a long life is a good glass of wine.

“I like my wine. Don’t take it away from me!”

This isn’t the first time someone said the key to a long life is to have a glass (of red, white, or both) everyday, so this doesn’t surprise me. But I reeeeeeally have to step up my wine game now.
