Saturday oh Saturday.. how I love Saturdays.. Especially after a lovely Friday afternoon enjoyed with co workers and friends golfing in support of The Ronald McDonald House Charities.

There is always fun to be found on a Saturday and this week was no different. Road to the Games at Save on Foods with Rosenau Transport was a great success, I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am to have been a part of this. As an athlete I couldn’t imagine my life without sport especially if equipment was the reason I couldn’t play! I’ve donated some old equipment along with many of you – now someone else can enjoy sport as we once did!

Sunday was not only FUN but very educational. Following a 90 minute outdoor yoga class with Oranj Fitness in support of Mats for Metta the ROCK Wrangler and I made our way over to the Peace Autism Society’s annual BBQ where we were greeted with big smiles from the parents, friends and children involved in Peace Autism Society. Nicole, The President of Peace Autism Society was happy to speak up on some facts to do with Autism! Check out their website to find out who they are and what they do! Are you affected by autism?…
