Last night Norman Visscher won the dream home in Carriage Lane Estates. From what we understand Norman is a hard working truck driver who lives in Silver Valley (maybe in GP now)

Overall another huge success for the Rotary dream home which features the biggest cash prizes in the North, and a sold out home lottery draw. Proceeds will be helping Rotary projects, including a Wellness Centre for the new Hospital.
