Put a Pork Belly in the instant pot with a Dark Ale beer, onion, peppercorns and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes


Finish in the oven 300 degrees for 1 hour with a nice rub (your choice but Beaverlodge Butcher Shop has one for purchase)


The back bacon is great with eggs (obviously) but also great on salads, or as a meal.
