Nacho Nests!

 

Ever notice when you make nachos that some end up soggy and others have NO CHEESE!?!?!?!

 

Not anymore, with these Nacho Nests!

 

Step 1: Brown ground beef and ground pork mixture in a pan mixture then add cumin, smoked paprika, salt and pepper and thyme (to your taste).

 

Step 2: Once meat is crispy add 1 can of V8 juice simmer till all moisture is gone, set aside to cool….

 

Now to build the nests!

 

On a cooking pan lined with parchment paper make 6 little pile of tortilla chips, thin layer of tex-mex cheese mix, now add chopped veggies of your choice.

 

HERE’S THE SECRET… top the veggies with an abundance of tex-mex cheese to adhere ingredients, add second layer of tortilla chips small layer of cheese now a wack of the beef mixture, smother in more cheese bake at 350 until golden brown and melty.

 

Serve with individual salsa and sour cream, no need to share!!!
