Bone in center loin pork chops, half inch thick. Cut centers so they don’t bowl up

BBQ Sauce:

Half pound of butter…brown it

Half cup of white vinegar

Spice Blend:

2 table spoons of kosher salt

2 table spoons ground pepper

1 table spoon paprika

2 quarters of a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper


  1. Set aside two tablespoons of spice and mix the rest with into the brown butter, let simmer for 5 minutes. Then add half a cup of white vinegar, bring to a simmer, and set aside.
  2. Spice the pork chops. BBQ on high for about 5 minutes a side. Remove and cover the chops in sauce.
  3. Save some of the sauce for serving. Enjoy, and…
